At the time this Law comes into force, RNRA shall retain employees of merged institutions and employees in charge of water resources of the Ministry in charge of water resources, that it considers qualified in order to fulfil its mission. The contracts of the personnel, who RNRA shall not retain, shall be terminated in accordance with the existing laws. Dès l’entrée en vigueur de la présente loi, RNRA retient les anciens membres du personnel des établissements fusionnés et le personnel chargé des ressources en eau du Ministère ayant les ressources en eaux dans ses attributions qu’il considère être qualifiés pour l’aider à réaliser sa mission. Les contrats des membres du personnel qui ne sont pas retenus par le RNRA seront résiliés conformément aux lois en vigueur.
