This article establishes Rwanda Military Hospital (RMH) and says the law also sets out its mission, organization, and functioning. RMH’s head office is in Kigali, and it may be moved elsewhere in Rwanda if necessary. RMH must carry out its listed health-care, research, teaching, supervision, service, training, and partnership missions. RMH’s supervising authority and category are to be determined by a Prime Minister’s Order, and a performance contract must be made between the supervising authority and the Board of Directors. RMH has two management organs: a Board of Directors and a General Directorate. A Prime Minister’s Order may add other necessary organs.
