Its competence, responsibilities and functioning as well as the term of office of its members shall be determined by a Prime Minister‟s Order. The property of RHA shall come from the following sources: 1° State allocated budget; 2° State or donors subsidies; 3° income from its services; 4° interest from its property; 5° loans to RHA, as approved by the Minister in charge of finance; 6° donation and bequest.
