This Order sets out the responsibilities, organization, and functioning of the Advisory Council to fight corruption and injustice. This article defines the terms “Advisory Council” and “injustice” for the Order. This article says who sits on Rwanda’s national Advisory Council. Members of the national Advisory Council must carry out listed anti-corruption and oversight responsibilities. The national Advisory Council must meet every quarter and whenever needed, and members must attend in person.
