A Prime Minister’s Order shall appoint seven (7) members of the Board of Directors including the Chairperson and the Vice Chairperson. At least thirty percent (30%) of members of the Board of Directors shall be females. The invitee shall not be allowed to vote and to follow debates over other items on the agenda.
