Statute overview

About this statute

Public institutions must apply these instructions when procuring ICT goods and services. This article defines technical terms used in the instructions. Central and local government institutions must consult with and share ICT strategic, procurement, and annual action plans with RDB so they align with national ICT plans. Central and Local Government institutions must submit annual ICT procurement plans to RDB at least one month before the financial year starts. RDB must then compile a national ICT procurement plan, and institutions must keep managing ICT budgets under government financial management guidelines. RDB must publish ICT technical standards/specifications where applicable and update them annually and when needed.
