This article says the order sets out how to inspect companies or activities that pollute the environment. Officers competent to investigate environmental crimes must conduct inspections to protect the environment, subject to criminal investigation laws and regulations. Competent officers may enter and search suspected places linked to harmful environmental activities, inspect companies or activities even without suspicion, and routine inspections require 48 hours’ notice and the presence of the person concerned or a delegate. Competent officers may temporarily seize products that excessively pollute the environment while a final decision is pending. During inspection, competent officers may take samples of suspected products and send them to a laboratory for testing.
