Statute overview

About this statute

This Order sets out how data on water resources is collected, processed, managed, used, and communicated. This article defines “water resources data” and “agency” for the Ministerial Order. Water data collection, management, treatment, and use must be carried out through a stakeholder network, and the Agency coordinates that network. The Agency must set up a water-resource data monitoring network and coordinate collection of the data referred to in Article 3. Water data collectors must submit a report on collected data to the Agency twice a year.
