This excludes persons employed to provide exclusive personal protection for one or more specific people travelling on the aircraft such as bodyguards; 39º aviation security officer: an employee of the operator or any other person who is authorized for by implementation of civil aviation security measures; the operator who responsible is 40º authorized person: an employee or expert designated by the Authority because of his/her competence in matters relating to civil aviation security duties; exploitant aéroportuaire: 37 º une organisation ou une entreprise responsable de l’administration et des opérations conduites sur l’aéroport; le gouvernement de 38 º agent de sûreté en vol: personne qui est le gouvernement de l'État de autorisée par l'exploitant et l'État d'immatriculation à être déployée sur un aéronef dans le but de protéger cet aéronef et ses occupants contre un acte d'intervention illicite.
