Imbibi z'ako karere ni izigaragara ku mugereka wa gatatu (3) w'iri tegeko. There is hereby created a zone of economic development in the surroundings of the Akagera National Park. Its area is thirty thousand six hundred seventy-two hectares (30 672 ha). The boundaries of this zone are described in annex 3 of this Law. Developmental activities in the zone shall be managed by the local authorities of border districts of the Akagera National Park in the collaboration with the institution in charge of the management of national parks in respect to legal provisions governing land, environment and forests.
