Pour le Gouverneur general, Le Directeur general, rempla^ant le Secretaire general, empeche, Voor de Gouverneur-Generaal, De Directeur-Generaal, de Secretaris-Generaal, die verhinderd is, vervangend, Vu la loi sur le gouvernement du Congo Gelet op de wet op het gouvernement van Bel- beige ; Vu l’arrete du Regent du ler juillet 1947 sur l’organisation administrative de la Colonie, spe- cialement en ses articles 11 et 18 ; Vu la loi du 21 aout 1925 et l’arrete royal du 11 janvier 1926 sur le gouvernement du Ruanda- Urundi ; Vu le decret du 29 novembre 1946 attribuant au secretaire general du gouvernement dans la Colo­ nie des pouvoirs que certains decrets et ordon- nances legislatives ont expressement reserves au gouverneur general ; Vu le decret postal du 20 janvier 1921 tel que modifie a ce jour ; Revu l’ordonnance n° 69/77 du 17 fevrier 1959 organisant le regime postal, gisch-Congo ; Gelet op het besluit van de Regent van 1 juli 1947 op de bestuursinrichting van de Kolonie, in- zonderheid de artikelen 11 en 18 ; Gelet op de wet van 21 augustus 1925 en op het koninklijk besluit van 11 januari 1926 op het gouvernement van Ruanda-Urundi; Gelet op het decreet van 29 november 1946 waarbji aan de secretaris-generaal van het gouver­ nement in de Kolonie macht wordt verleend die bij sommige decreten en wetgevende ordonnantien uit- drukkelijk aan de gouverneur-generaal werd toe- gekend ; Gelet op het postdecreet van 20 januari 1921, zoals het tot op heden werd gewijzigd ; Herzien ordonnantie nr. 69/77 van 17 februari 1959 tot inrichting van het poststelsel, Ordonne : Beveelt: Article unique. L’article 130 de l’ordonnance n° 69/77 du 17 fe­ vrier 1959 est complete par les dispositions sui- vantes : « 13° expedies par le recteur de 1 Universite » Lovanium a son administration en Belgique, » pour autant qu’ils traitent de questions d en- » seignement ou qu’ils se rapportent au fonction- » nement de l’Universite.» Leopoldville, le 3 juin 1959. Enig artikel. Artikel 130 van ordonnantie nr. 69/77 van 17 fe­ bruari 1959 wordt met volgende bepaling aange- vuld : « 13° correspondentie verzonden door de rector » van de Lovanium-Universiteit aan het bestuur » ervan in Belgie, voor zover zij onderwijskwesties » behandelt of betrekking hebben op de werking » van de Universiteit. » Leopoldstad, 3 juni 1959-
