Ingingo ya 2: Ibigenerwa umukozi bitari amafaranga umusanzu bitangwaho n’agaciro kabyo Article 2: Benefits in kind subject to contribution and their cash value Article 2 : Avantages en nature assujettis à cotisation et leur contre-valeur (1) Ibigenerwa umukozi bitari amafaranga bitangwaho umusanzu ni ibintu akorerwa n’umukoresha ku buntu cyangwa ku giciro bifashe umukozi ubwe. gihendutse cyangwa ibyo ngo (2) Ibigenerwa bitari amafaranga bitangwaho umusanzu ni ibi bikurikira: umukozi (1) Benefits in kind subject to contribution are goods or services that are provided free of charge or on favorable terms for personal use by the employer to the employee.
