Statute overview

About this statute

Cet article modifie un texte antérieur en remplaçant le chiffre 60 par 30 à l’article 3. This article says the following provision will form article 4 bis of the referenced 1950 ordinance. In certain mines and industrial workplaces under the Mines Service’s control, the employer or their agent must prepare the specified forms in five copies. This article repeals the first paragraph of Article 6 of Ordinance No. 23/154 of 12 May 1950 and replaces it with a new provision not shown here. After adding any remarks on the disease declaration, the territorial administrator must send the prescribed forms to the Labour Director in Léopoldville, and also send a copy to the employer’s insurer or, if there is no insurer, to the guarantee fund. The last copy stays in the territorial archives.
