Article 1. L’article 29 alinea final de l’ordonnance n° 66/75 du 3 mars 1953 est remplace par la disposition suivante : « Dans taus les cas, la responsabilite de l’admini- stration ne prend cours qu’au moment de la de- livrance d un recepisse a 1 expediteur par un bu­ reau postal ».
§ 2Article 2Provision

The ordinance applies to Congo Beige and Ruanda-Urundi and takes effect on 31 October 1956.

Article 2. La presente ordonnance, applicable au Congo Beige et au Ruanda-LIrundi, entrera en vigueur le 31 octobre 1956. Leopoldville, le 31 octobre 1956. Beveelt ; Artikel 1. Artikel 29, laaste alinea, van ordonnantie nr. 66/75 van 3 maart 1953 wordt door de volgende bepaling vervangen ; « In elk geval begint de verantwoordelijkheid van de administrate slechts te lopen op het ogenblik van de afgifte door een postkantoor van een ont- vangbewijs aan de afzender. » Artikel 2. | Deze ordonnantie die van toepassing is in Bel- gisch-Congo en Ruanda-LIrundi, treedt op 31 ok­ tober 1956 in werking.
