Exploitants et fabricants visés doivent envoyer chaque année, avant le 1er février, un tableau récapitulatif de l’année écoulée à la Direction du Service des Mines à Léopoldville. Copies of documents sent to the Governor General must also be sent to the mining engineer responsible for the area where the enterprise is located and to the engineer of the mineral district where it is located.
