About this statute

This Bill sets up a licensing and registration regime for virtual asset service providers, ICOs, and NFTs, and prohibits unlicensed activity in Seychelles. The Authority can inspect, investigate, demand information, and enforce compliance; licensees must keep records and provide read-only access when required; and virtual asset service providers must report transfers of SCR 50,000 or more, follow AML transfer-information rules, and meet Seychelles substance requirements.
