Act 1 2020 - APPROPRIATION ACT
This Act lets the Minister of Finance authorize spending from the Consolidated Fund for 2020, up to R9,230,765,399, according to the Schedule.
[27th December 2019] Supplement to Official Gazette 1 APPROPRIATION ACT, 2020 (Act 1 of 2020) I assent Danny Faure President 26th December, 2019 AN ACT to provide for the service of the Republic of Seychelles for the year ending December 31st, 2020. ENACTED by the President and the National Assembly. 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, Short title 2020. 2 Supplement to Official Gazette [27th December 2019] 2. The Minister of Finance, Trade, Investment and Authorisation of expenditure Economic Planning, may by warrant under the hand of the Minister authorise the issue from the Consolidated Fund for the services Expenditure of the Republic for the year 2020, of a sum not exceeding nine billion two hundred and thirty million, seven hundred and sixty-five thousand and three hundred and ninety-nine rupees (R9,230,765,399) which sum shall be appropriated in accordance with the Schedule for the purposes specified therein.
