ENACTED by the President and the National Assembly. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment) Act, 2023. [23rd June 2023] Crimin a l Procedure Code (Amendment) 247 REPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES SUPPLEMENT TO OFFICIAL GAZETTE ACT Amendment of section 295 2. Section 295 of the Criminal Procedure Code is amended in subsection (1) by repealing the words “six months” and substituting them with the words “two years”.
