[24 October 2005] PART 1 PRELIMINARY Short title 1. This Act is the Community Care Endowment Fund Act 2005. Interpretation 2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires — “authorised officer” means any officer authorised by the Minister in writing to exercise such power or perform such function or duty under this Act as the Minister may specify therein; “ComCare Fund” means the Community Care Endowment Fund established under section 3(1); “Council” means the Supervisory Council established under section 7.
