This provision amends section 4 of the Broadcasting Act, 1976 by changing the membership range in paragraph (a) of subsection (1) to not less than 12 and not more than 16 members.

1. Section 4 of the Broadcasting Act, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as the principal 5 Act), is hereby amended by the substitution for paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of the following paragraph: "(a) not less than [15] 12 and not more than (21] 16 members; and". Section 24 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (1) of the following subsection: "(l) (gl The corporation shall [as soon as may be practicable after.the coming:' . into operation of section 18 of the Broadcasting Amendment Act, .1982) establish a consolidated income fund into which; subject to parafiraph (b), rul 15 money raised, and received, by the corporation, and any other revenues of whatever nature shall be paid, and the corporation may [after that date] establish such other funds for specific purposes as it may deeni necessary in the carrying out of its activities, in which case any payment for those purposes shall only be made out o( .. , . the fund intended therefor.. . , .
