Subject to the provisions of the Exchequer Act, 1975 (Act No. 66of1975), there are hereby appropriated out of the National Revenue Fund for the requirements of the 5 State in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 1997. as a charge to the State Revenue Account; the adjusted amounts ?f money shown in column 1 of the Schedule.
