(2) Ho ipapisitswe le Molao wa Taolo ya Ditjhelete tsa Setjhaba, 1999 (Act No 1 of 1999), ya nang le maikarabelo wa Lefapha la Dikgwebo tsa Setjhaba o tshwanetse ho fetisetsa tjhelete ho Eskom ka dikarolwana le ka matsatsi a hlwauweng ke Letona la Ditjhelete, ho sa lebalwe ditlhoko tsa Eskom tsa tjhelete jwalo ka ha Letlotlo la Naha le netefaditse.
