(1) (a) T he e m p l o y er must pay a single one-off a m o u nt calculated by an actuary appointed by the Fund as c o m p e n s a t i on in full for the liability incurred by the F u nd in t e r ms of section 2. (b) In calculating the liability c o n t e m p l a t ed in subsection (1), the actuary must take into a c c o u n t— (i) (ii) any c o n t r i b u t i o ns paid to the Fund or a previous fund, by the e m p l o y er or A d v o c a te A b r a h am G e r h a r d us K e l l e r m a n n, not paid to A d v o c a te A b r a h am G e r h a r d us K e l l e r m a nn on termination of his services on 31 January 1 9 9 1; and interest on the contributions c o n t e m p l a t ed in s u b p a r a g r a ph (i).
