Finance Act

The unauthorised expenditure of R3 874 5 4 3 3 referred to in Schedule 3 which- ( a ) the Standing Committee on Public Accounts recommended for authorisation 25 bj, Parliament: and Ib) is more fully described in the Reports of the Auditor-General listed in column 5 of that Schedule, is hereby authorised. Actions of recovery of money to continue 30

4. Nothing in this Act may. in any way, be construed as affecting any action to recover unauthorised expenditure. Short title
