1. Subject to the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), there are hereby appropriated out of the National Revenue Fund for the 5 requirements of the State in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2001, the amounts of money as set out in column “Vote” under column 1 of the Schedule.
