B E IT ENACTED follows:- hy the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as Amendment of section 1 of Act 110 of 1978, as amended by section I of Act 68 of 1985, section 1 of Act 48 of 1989, section 1 of Act 22 of 1993 and section 1 of Act 52 of 1995

1.
