1. Subject to the provisions of the Exchequer Act, 1915 (Act No. 66 of 1975), there are hereby appropriated out of the National Revenue Furld for the requirements of the 5 State in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 998, as a charge to the State Revenue Account, the adjusted amounts of money showr in column 1 of the Schedule.
