About this statute

This section says the Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 2007. Terms used in this Act take the meanings given to them in the Public Finance Act (Cap. 348). This section indicates the Minister has powers to borrow from the Consolidated Fund and to reallocate certain appropriated moneys. The Treasury may draw money from the Consolidated Fund and use it for the supply granted for the service year ending 30 June 2008.
