These Rules may be cited as the Petroleum (Condensate Operations) (Amendment) Rules, 2022, and they are to be read together with the Petroleum (Condensate Operations) Rules, 2021.

About this statute
These Rules may be cited as the Petroleum (Condensate Operations) (Amendment) Rules, 2022, and they are to be read together with the Petroleum (Condensate Operations) Rules, 2021. A construction approval stops being effective if construction does not start within 24 months of issue. The Authority can extend the approval, including on its own motion or if the holder applies. This section amends rule 11(3) by changing the time limit from twenty-one days to fourteen days.
