1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Amani Makoro Planning Area) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

3. NO.237 (Contd.) __________ SCHEDULE ___________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 732137.987 E, 8823083.516 N, thence the boundary moves in South-East direction along the existing Liyuni mountain for a distance of 9.141 kilometres to a point with coordinates 737720.384 E, 8816442.937 N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S52042’08’’ W for a distance of 2.736 kilometres to a point with coordinates 735543.725 E , 8814784.898 N, thence in North-West direction on a bearing N76000’15’’ W for a distance of 2.504 kilometres to a point with coordinates 733114.231 E , 8815390.451 N, thence in North-East direction on a bearing S05056’05’’ W for a distance of 2.618 kilometres to a point with coordinates 733384.962 E, 8817994.830 N, thence in North-West direction along Mkako water stream for a distance of 4.251 kilometres to a point with coordinates 730956.967 E, 8821289.118 N, thence in North-East direction on a bearing N33020’21’’ E to the point of commencement.” Dodoma, 12th April, 2022 ANGELINE S.
