1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Litembo Planning Area) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

3. General and detailed schemes for the scheduled area shall be prepared and deposited with the Director of Urban Planning and Mbinga District Executive Director. 1 GN. NO.240 (Contd.) Urban Planning (Litembo Planning Area) ________ SCHEDULE _________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 700347.88 E, 8785523.417 N nearby Lunei river, thence the boundary moves in South-East direction along Lunei river for a distance of 2.965 kilometres to a point with coordinates 702438.816 E , 8783854.808 N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S55037’23’’’’W for a distance of 0.875 kilometres to a point with coordinates 701716.395 E, 8783360.584 N, thence in North-West direction on a bearing N84019’47’’’’W for a distance of 0.652 kilometres to a point with coordinates 701067.964 E , 8783424.966 N in Northward direction along Luhahai river for a distance of 2.551 kilometres to the point of commencement. ”.
