1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Mpandangindo) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap.355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.243 (Contd.) __________ SCHEDULE __________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 785361.377E, 8833926.006N, thence the boundary moves in North-East direction on a bearing N530 16’24’’E for a distance of 1.735 kilometres to a point with coordinates 786752.248E, 8834963.740N, thence in South-East direction on a bearing S380 22’ 52’’E for a distance of 0.312 kilometres to a point with coordinates 786945.889E, 8834719.261N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S150 46’45’’W for a distance of 1.707 kilometres to point with coordinates 786481.685E, 8833076.531N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S570 56’ 48’’W for a distance of 0.387 kilometres to point with coordinates 786153.546E, 8832871.061N, thence in North-West direction on a bearing N360 54’12’E for a distance of 1.319 kilometres to the point of commencement.”.
