1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Majimaji) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap.355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.244 (Contd.) __________ SCHEDULE __________ (Made under paragraph 2) _________ The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 343652.308 E, 8800005.712 N, thence the boundary moves in South-East direction on a bearing S88001’11’’E for a distance of 1.081 kilometres to a point with coordinates 344732.343 E, 8799968.369 N, thence in South-East direction on a bearing S25030’54’’E for a distance of 0.756 kilometres to a point with coordinates 345058.102 E, 8799285.865 N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S78007’14’’W for a distance of 0.768 kilometres to a point with coordinates 344306.474E, 8799127.753N, thence in North-West direction on bearing N52056’01’’W for a distance of 0.834 kilometres to a point with coordinates 343640.655E, 8799630.692N, thence in North-East direction on bearing N01046’47’’E for a distance of 0.375 kilometres to the point of commencement.”.
