1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Namakambale) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.245 (Contd.) __________ SCHEDULE __________ (Made under paragraph 2) _________ The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 369626.474 E, 8795811.642 N, thence the boundary moves in South-East direction on a bearing S74009’32’’E for a distance of 1.015 kilometres to a point with coordinates 370603.088 E, 8795534.531 N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S20045’42’’W for a distance of 1.236 kilometres to a point with coordinates 370164.824 E, 8794378.466 N, thence in North-West direction on a bearing N81014’45’’W for a distance of 0.964 kilometres to a point with coordinates 369211.792 E, 8794525.223 N, thence in North-East direction on bearing N17052’01’’W for a distance of 1.352 kilometres to the point of commencement.”.
