1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Mnazi Mmoja) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap.355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.249 (Contd.) ________ SCHEDULE ________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 179293.614E, 8835603.634N, thence the boundary moves in South-East direction on a bearing S86046’15’’E for a distance of 0.536 kilometres to a point with coordinates 179829.211E, 8835573.415N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S09040’59’’W for a distance of 1.145 kilometres to a point with coordinates 179636.661E, 8834444.933N at the un-named river, thence in Westward direction along the un-named river for a distance of 1.180 kilometres to a point with coordinates 178610.845E, 8834446.936N, thence in North-West direction on a bearing N45048’14’’W for a distance of 0.497 kilometres to a point with coordinates 178254.778E, 8834793.149N at un-named stream, thence in south–East along the un- named stream for 0.461 kilometres to a point with coordinates 178899.740E, 8835292.320 N, thence in North-East direction on a bearing N18005’10’’ for a distance of 0.502 kilometres to the point of commencement.”.
