1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Namichiga Planning Area) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.257 (Contd.) _______ SCHEDULE _______ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at point SDN52 (497463.78, 8906660.02) thence the boundary continues Eastwards across main road to Nachirinji for a distance of 3.26 kilometers and bearing 88o31’53’’ to point SDN 51 (500724.39, 8906744.43) thence continues Southwards across main road to Mandawa for a distance of 3.5 kilometers and bearing 177o 09’33’’ to point SDN 50 (500898.54, 8903234.71) thence continues Westwards across main road from Mbekenyera for a distance of 3.6 kilometers and bearing 270o0’00’’ to point SDN 53 (497328.33, 8903234.71) thence continues Northwards across River Muhulu for a distance of 3.4 kilometres and bearing 02o 15’05.24’’3’’ to the point of commencement.” Dodoma, 12th April, 2022 ANGELINE S.
