1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Nyoni Planning Area) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355

2. The area described in the schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

Urban Planning (Nyoni Planning Area) _________ SCHEDULE _________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 709181.524E, 8774201.245 N, thence the boundary goes in South-East direction on a bearing S50039’17’’E for a distance of 2.500 kilometres to a point with coordinates 711114.614 E, 8772616.477 N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S69054’42’’W for a distance of 2.670 kilometres to a point with coordinates 708607.110 E, 8771699.440 N, thence in North-West direction on a bearing N52027’47’’W for a distance of 1.093 kilometres to a point with coordinates 707740.680 E , 8772365.160 N, thence in North-East direction on a bearing N07039’21’’E for a distance of 1.088 kilometres to a point with coordinates 707885.630 E , 8773443.490 N, thence in North-East direction on a bearing N59041’01’’E for a distance of 1.501 kilometres to the point of commencement.”.
