1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Ndengele) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap.355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.266 (Contd.) __________ SCHEDULE __________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 695390.416 E, 8755183.280 N nearby Liuli-Mbamba bay road, thence the boundary moves in South-East direction on a bearing S42038’22’’E moves for a distance of 1.075 kilometres to a point with coordinates 696118.468 E, 8754392.620 N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S40009’49’’W for a distance of 0.617 kilometres to a point with coordinates 695720.697E, 8753921.314N at the Nyasa lakeshore, thence in North-West direction along the Lake Nyasa for a distance of 0.631 kilometres to a point with coordinates 695218.760E, 8754304.196N at the un-named river, thence in Northward direction along the un-named river to the point of commencement.”.
