THE ELECTRICITY (WATU NA UMEME TANZANIA LIMITED ("WATU NA UMEME") TARIFF ADJUSTMENT FOR ELECTRICITY SERVICE) ORDER, 2022

1. This Order may be cited Electeicity (Watu na Umeme Tanzania Limited) (Watu na Umeme) (Tariff Adjustment for Electricity Service) Order, 2022. Approval of tariffs and charges

2. Watu na Umeme Limited tariffs and charges as specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby approved. Conditions

3. This Order is issued under the following conditions: (a) on or before 31st March 2023, Watu na Umeme Tanzania Limited shall submit a Business Plan that incorporates the approved tariffs and the plan shall include expansion the current demand and to serve plan prospective customers; (b) on or before 30th June 2023, Watu na Umeme Tanzania Limited shall prepare and submit to its Customer the Authority for approval Service Charter; (c) on or before 31st March 2023, Watu na Umeme Tanzania Limited shall modify its billing to ensure purchase of electricity is done in unit per shillings and customer should be able to view consumption; system 1 Electricity (Watu Na Umeme Tanzania Limited ("Watu Na Umeme") Tariff Adjustment For Electricity Service) GN.
