THE TANZANIA SHIPPING AGENCIES (PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2022

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tanzania Shipping Agencies (Performance Benchmarks)(Amendments) Regulations, 2022 and shall be read as one with the Tanzania Shipping Agencies (Performance Benchmarks) Regulations, 2022 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”. (2) Unless where a review has been preferred, an assessment report issued in pursuance to the provisions of regulation 14 shall be final and conclusive”.
