This Notice may be cited as the National Prosecutions Services (Appointment of Public Prosecutors) Notice, 2020 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 16th December, 2019. 2. The persons whose names are specified in the Schedule to this Notice are appointed to be public prosecutors for purposes of prosecuting criminal cases on behalf of the Director of Public Prosecution. Validity 3.
