(2) The project shall be executed by contractors whose names appear in the First Schedule to this Order and any other additional contractor as may be approved by the Applicant. (3) The goods and services listed under Part I of the Second Schedule allocated to the Joint Venture of Arab Contractors (Osman A. Osman & Company) and Elsewedy Electric S.A.E include goods and services for level one subcontractors not yet nominated on the date of coming into operation of this Order and such goods or services shall be reallocated to the relevant subcontractor immediately after the subcontractor is approved by the Applicant.
