The first adjustment shall be effected on the date to be specified by the Authority; L = Gp= means the Target System loss factor in transmission and distribution systems; means the Total Units generated or purchased by a distribution or supply licensee from Electric Power Producer(s), during the half-year Adjustment Period. This shall also include other power plants to be constructed and in respect of which a distribution or supply licensee shall enter into a Power Purchase Agreement with Electric Power Producers.
