1. This Order may be cited as the Excise (Management and Tariff) (Remission)(2 Unit Toyota through Prado Vehicle)(Improving Accountability Fighting Corruption and Increased Access to Justice (IMPACT)) (Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs) Order, 2020 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 20th March, 2020. to

The excise duty on the specified motor vehicles is exempted if the listed conditions are met.

Subject the conditions specified in paragraph 3, and any other conditions as may be specified by the Commissioner General of Tanzania Revenue Authority, the whole of the excise duty payable on the Motor Vehicles in the Schedule to this Order through imported or purchased prior customs by or on behalf of Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs to be used solely by Ministry of the project for Improving Constitution Affairs and Accountability Increased Access is hereby exempted. through Fighting Corruption to Justice (IMPACT) to clearance in 1 Excise (Management and Tariff) (Remission) (2 Units Toyota Prado Vehicle) (Improving Accountability Through Fighting Corruption and Increased Access to Justice (Impact)) (Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs) GN. The remission ends if the goods are used for another purpose or are transferred, sold, or otherwise disposed of to someone not entitled to similar privileges.

The remission granted under this Order shall cease to have effect and the excise duty shall become due and be payable as if this Order had not been made if the said goods are used for other purposes or are transferred, sold or disposed of in any way to another person not entitled to enjoy similar privileges as are conferred under this Order.
