“These Rules may be cited as the Trustees’ Incorporation (Amendment) Rules, 2023 and are to be read together with the Trustees’ Incorporation Rules, 1956.”
These Rules may be cited as the Trustees’ Incorporation (Amendment) Rules, 2023 and are to be read together with the Trustees’ Incorporation Rules, 1956. These Rules start on 1st July 2023. This section amends the principal Rules by revoking the Second Schedule and replacing it with a new one. This section lists fees for several trust and trustee-related applications and copies. This section lists fees for inspecting applications and documents, land consent applications, multiple-parcel applications, and certifying documents or extracts.
