These Rules may be cited as the Administrator General (Amendment) Rules, 2023, and they are to be read together with the Administrator General Rules, 1921.

1. These Rules may be cited as the Administrator General (Amendment) Rules, 2023 and shall be read as one with the Administrator General Rules, 1921, hereinafter referred to as the “principal Rules”. Commencement

This section amends rule 8 to add a rule requiring the Administrator General to charge fees for preparing, keeping, and amending wills as set out in the Second Schedule.
