(1) The roads specified in the First Schedule

This section reclassifies roads in the First and Second Schedules as Trunk Roads and Regional Roads, and places certain Third Schedule roads under the Tanzania National Roads Agency.

2.-(1) The roads specified in the First Schedule and Second Schedule to this Notice are hereby re- classified as Trunk Roads and Regional Roads, respectively with effect from the date of publication of this Notice. (2) The roads specified in the Third Schedule which fall under the jurisdiction of the local government authorities are hereby designated to be under jurisdiction of the Tanzania National Roads Agency. 1 GN.
