§ 2(1) Notice is hereby given that the existing district roads namelyProvision

A district road section from Biatika to Tarani has been deviated to make room for mining activities, and it is to keep the same district-road status unless declared otherwise.

2.-(1) Notice is hereby given that the existing district roads namely Kitaramanka-Magunga-Busegwe (Km 38) has been deviated at Biatika to pass through Tarani to give way to mining activities taking place in the area designated for mining purposes. (2) The situation and other particulars of the centre line of the deviated section from Biatika to Tarani shall continue to carry the same status of a district road as stipulated in the Roads Act and its regulations unless declared otherwise.
