About this statute
This Order may be cited by its full title and is deemed to have come into operation on 9 July 2020. VAT on the listed goods is exempt for purchases made by or for the Ministry of Health for the RSSH project, if the stated conditions are met. The tax exemption stops if the goods or services are used for other purposes, or sold or disposed of to someone who is not entitled to the same privileges.
