1. This Instrument may be cited as the Establishment of Minister’s Office (Amendment) Instrument, 2023 and shall be read as one with the Establishment of Minister’s Office Instrument, hereinafter the “principal referred Instrument”. to as

2. The principal Instrument is amended in the Schedule, by- (a) adding immediately after paragraph 3 the following: 1 Establishment of Minister’s Office (Amendment) Instrument GN. NO. 407 (Contd) “4. The Office of the Minister of State (Planning and the President’s Office in Investment).”; (b) deleting paragraph 14 and substituting for it the following: “14. The Office of the Minister for Finance.”; (c) deleting paragraph 18 and substituting for it the following: “18. The Office of the Minister for Industry and Trade.”; and (d) renumbering paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 as paragraphs 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 respectively.
